By joining Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub Community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not continue with your purchase.
PERSONAL PAYMENTS
This is a membership website. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (yearly, quarterly, or monthly).
PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS
If you are using a school purchase order, your membership will begin once the purchase order has been approved and processed by Brenda Tejeda, Inc. and access will terminate one year later unless a new purchase order or payment is received prior to that date. You will receive an invoice around the tenth month of membership.
If we do not receive a new purchase order or payment by the end of month twelve, your membership will be terminated, and you will need to pay the current renewal price to get it reinstated. If your membership expires, you forfeit any special discounts you may have received the previous year.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Your membership provides access to the resources and features included with the membership plan you selected. Membership benefits may vary by plan. Access to member content continues while your membership remains active and ends when your membership expires or is canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the electronic nature of this product and the fact that it cannot be “returned,” Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub has a no refunds policy.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time through your My Account page before your next renewal date. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further automatic payments will be processed.
Because members receive immediate access to digital resources upon joining, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for monthly, quarterly, or annual memberships.
If you cancel and later decide to rejoin Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub, your membership will be reinstated at the current membership rate in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
ACCOUNT SHARING:
Memberships are intended for a single user only. Your membership and login credentials may not be shared with coworkers, schools, districts, friends, or any other individual.
Sharing your login information, allowing others to access your account or member-only content or resources in violation of these Terms is prohibited. Brenda Tejeda, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy without refund.
LOGIN SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, please change your password immediately and notify Brenda Tejeda, Inc. at [email protected].

If you experience technical issues accessing Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub or have questions about your membership, please contact us at [email protected]. We strive to respond to support requests within two business days.
RESOURCE UPDATES
Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub is an evolving membership. Resources may be added, updated, reorganized, replaced, or removed over time to improve the membership experience. While we strive to maintain access to all resources, we do not guarantee that any specific resource will remain available indefinitely. Brenda Tejeda, Inc. reserves the right to modify the content and organization of the membership at any time without prior notice.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When making a purchase, your name and email will be added to the Brenda Tejeda, Inc. email list. This allows us to provide access to your membership, send important account updates, notify you of new resources and membership features, and share occasional educational and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time; however, you will continue to receive essential membership and account-related communications while your membership is active.
All orders are processed using a secure server (SSL). Brenda Tejeda, Inc. does not store any payment information on their servers. Any payment information you choose to save for future purposes may be stored on third party gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal) on their secure servers. Brenda Tejeda, Inc. is not responsible for your payment information.

Most resources are provided in PDF format, and some may be provided as ZIP files that must be extracted before use. Classroom License
Your membership includes a single-user license. Resources may be used by one educator in their own classroom, one homeschool parent or educator with the students they directly teach, or one tutor with the students they directly instruct.
Resources may not be shared with other educators, schools, districts, or uploaded to shared drives, public websites, or file-sharing platforms. You may upload resources to a secure learning management system (such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, Canvas, or Schoology) for use only with your own students.
3. Disclaimers.
(a) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN `”AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BRENDA TEJEDA, INC. 4. Miscellaneous.
(a) Prohibition Against Data Mining. You are prohibited from data mining, scraping, crawling, email harvesting or using any process or processes that send automated queries to the Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub. You may not use the Tejeda’s K-1 Literacy Hub to compile a collection of listings, including a competing listing product or service. You may not use the Site or any Materials for any unsolicited commercial e-mail.
(b) Intended Audience. This website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
(c) Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the website. You further agree that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
